William A. Domann, Jr., Founder and CEO of The Domann Organization, Inc., has been recruiting for the Life Sciences since early 1982. Foreseeing the potential growth and unique recruiting challenges in the Life Sciences Industry, Bill established The Domann Organization in 1988. Bill realized, contrary to standard recruitment practice, that all searches are not the same. For each accepted assignment, Bill systematically and strategically tailors an approach based on the company requirements, dynamics and candidate specifications. Bill believes in investing the time to genuinely get to know his clients. He assesses the client environment and methodically evaluates their needs. Bill acts as a consultant, assisting clients with making informed decisions based on 25-plus years of industry experience. His experience and insight have successfully assisted many progressive industry leaders and innovative start-ups secure executive management talent.

Prior to his search career, Bill was the General Manager of two successful start-ups. He was responsible for building the senior management teams and strategically charting the course for continued growth, expansion and ultimate sale of the business. Bill began his search career as a partner with the Winchester Group and was also a partner at CT Partners. Bill completed his graduate work and B.S. degree at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
Bill attends all significant industry meetings and is a participant on Life Science panels, focusing on recruiting key management and industry trends. He is also an active member of pertinent Life Science industry organizations.
Bill has served on many Non-Profit Board of Directors, including the San Francisco Boys and Girls Club, the Northern California Arthritis Foundation, Club Education of San Francisco and was President of the Guardsmen, San Francisco. Bill resides in Rancho Santa Fe, California with his wife and identical twin daughters.
