Domann Terms
Exclusive and Comprehensive Relationship
The relationship between the Domann Organization, Inc. and the Client is exclusive and comprehensive. Once retained to conduct an engagement the Client and the Domann Organization, Inc. will share all sources of prospects, addressing them mutually, including prospects internal to your organization.
Off Limits
We agree that the Domann Organization, Inc. will not recruit from the Client for a period of two years from the date of this agreement, provided the full retainer has been paid.
Performance Guarantee
The Domann Organization, Inc. will pursue the engagement to a successful completion under any and all circumstances except where the Client declines to continue for any reason such as reorganization, changed requirements, external events, etc. In the event that the successfully placed candidate, that Domann Organization, Inc. was engaged to recruit, does not remain productively employed with the Client for a period of 18 months and the Client feels that the circumstances are a reflection on the caliber of the Domann Organization’s work, the Domann Organization, Inc. will search for a replacement candidate and will only bill direct expenses for this work and no additional fees.
